On September 4th, the Copenhagen Center for Disaster Research (COPE) and the School of Global Health at the University of Copenhagen invited Lars Peter Nissen for an online talk to share the work of ACAPS in the last few months. ACAPS has been putting together a dataset on global government measures related to the COVID-19 pandemic, trying to analyze the secondary impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the world and particularly how COVID-19 is reshaping humanitarian outcomes across the world.
