There is a growing interest from society and consumers to examine how food affects us. There are many dietary recommendations, including raw food, no-carb diet, vegetarian, vegan, Stone Age diet. But can we really measure the effect of these recommendations? The advanced metabolomics technology can make an offer on it and is probably our best bet to investigate health-enhancing ingredients and food.
