In this lab, we trap individual cesium atoms using microscopic laser beams. And we use those cesium atoms to perform very difficult challenging calculations of quantum mechanical systems.

The purpose of this simulator is to, or the purpose of this system is to simulate complicated physical systems that are otherwise very difficult to simulate on classical hardware. So by utilizing our very nice qubits our individual cesium atoms we can make very difficult calculations of very complicated systems in a more efficient way than you could do on classical hardware.
