Dr. Richard Damania is the Global Lead Economist in the World Bank’s Water Practice. He has held several positions in the World Bank including as the Lead Economist in the Africa Region’s Sustainable Development Department with oversight for analytical work on infrastructure, environmental and social issues in Africa. This talk is about connecting the drops between water, a quintessential natural resource, and its myriad users in farms, firms and cities.
